Hemp Seed Granola

Hemp Seed Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 340grams honey
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 500grams Porridge Oats
  • 100grams Hemp Seed
  • 100grams Cashew nuts
  • 50grams Brazil nuts
  • 60grams Walnuts
  • 60grams Almonds
  • Some Ground Tumeric (approx. 1 tbsp)
  • Some Ground Cinnamon (approx. 2 tbsp)

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 150°C.

Mix the Oats, Hemp seed and Nuts together in a large mixing bowl. Pour over the honey and oil and add some Tumeric and cinnamon (a nice sprinkle to taste). Mix well. Add the mixture to an oven dish and spread out evenly. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Give it a little turn half way through. Let it stand and cool.

Serve with cold milk or yogurt. The Granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to a month.
