One of the many struggles with eating healthy foods is that it can be challenging to integrate items like hemp seeds into our diets, especially when we are new to using them. So we will be posting a Hemp recipe every Sunday for the next few weeks, starting with tonight’s Honey Mustard Hemp Salad Dressing
Honey Mustard Hemp Salad Dressing
- 128 grams honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons hemp seed
- 64 grams apple cider vinegar
- 128 grams olive oil.
Blend together all the ingredients. Makes about 400 grams
