Affiliate Commissions – Calculations and Payments

As an affiliate, you earn 25% of net sales. Here we will explain how the net sales are calculated and give you a working example. 

There are two elements deducted from the gross price to determine the final net. These are;

  • Vat – Most sales of CBD are subject to Vat at 20%, and this must be passed on to HMRC. Tea and Coffee do not attract VAT
  • Postage – The cost of shipping is £3.85 (avg), so this cost is deducted from all orders.

Payments

Now we have calculated your monthly earnings when will you receive payment?
Your payment will be paid to you on the 5th day of the following month. So your earnings for September will be paid on the 5th of October.

Your payment will be made by bank transfer to your selected UK account.

Other currencies and exchange rates

For payments in other currencies the exchange rate is calculated on the 1st day of the following month at 12noon GMT. For example earnings for September, the exchange rate will be calculated on 1st October 12noon.
